Overview

The MVP Sprint is designed for founders who are past the idea stage and need to ship something real — fast, but without cutting corners that will cost you later.

We bring end-to-end expertise: user research, user experience and user interface design, front-end and back-end development, AWS infrastructure, accessibility, security, and performance.

  • Length
    2 months
  • Cost
    $100,000
  • Deliverable
Fully functioning MVP application deployed to AWS or a design system

What We Build

The MVP Sprint delivers a production-ready web application — not just a prototype — deployed on AWS and ready for real users. The scope covers:

  • UX and UI design, validated with target audiences before development begins 1
  • Web development with XaaS / API integration where applicable 2
  • AWS infrastructure setup (EC2, S3, caching, secrets management, monitoring) 3
  • Security hardening — CSP, SAST / DAST, secure development practices
  • Accessibility compliance to WCAG 2.2 Level AA 4
  • Web performance optimization

The featureset is prioritized to match the 2-month timeline, and include one core customer need with applicable implicit features, for example user authentication. 5

How We Approach It

The MVP Sprint assumes a clear problem statement and a defined target user — either from your own research or from a completed Discovery Sprint. Within the first two weeks, we validate the core interaction model before development begins. Weeks three through eight are focused on detailed MVP-level design, development and user validation.

Our architecture choices are made for the long term, not “just” the demo day. For example, on the Program Pathways Mapper — a multi-tenant public-sector product serving 116 California community colleges — the single strongest recommendation we made was moving from a client-side app to a proxy-server architecture. The decision addressed API security, rate limiting, data exposure, performance, and accessibility compliance.

What We Bring to the Table

We have delivered production-ready web applications and design systems for a range of clients, from early stage startups to California state agencies and enterprises operating under strict IT procurement requirements.

Our baseline quality standard is already set above most MVPs.

Our track record includes a 100/100/100/100 Google Lighthouse score on production-level products, WCAG accessibility compliance, and numerous measurable outcomes, for example:

  • 39% to 89% increase in student task completions for the California Community Colleges’ Program Pathways Mapper.
  • A 200% increase in online sales for Croatian Telekom’s webshop.
  • 93% user task completion rate for a California state emergency services agency.
  • 60 day turnaround for a substantive corporate website redesign and front-end rebuild — resulting in 20% faster website in comparison to competitor sites. A bespoke navigation solution helped to cut initial page loads by 98%, bringing full page loads in under 0.7 seconds.
  • 20% increase in page views post re-design for an international classifieds marketplace, achieved by streamlining core flows and tasks for mobile devices.
  • 48% increase in website visits for an EU-based local government agency along with substantive reductions in customer support inquiries, achieved by introducing more assistive and accessible content types, and optimizing existing content.

Who This is For

The MVP Sprint is for seed-stage founders building web applications or SaaS products in spaces where quality, security, or accessibility is a competitive advantage or a procurement requirement. If you are preparing for a pilot, a demo day, or a regulated-industry customer, we can build something you are confident to show.

If you are not yet certain what to build, start with the Discovery Sprint.

Footnotes

  • Marko and his team rigorously bring high tech/soft touch expertise to every design challenge. They are like tango dancers — we lean into them chest to chest, head to head, and they deftly guide and lead pushing back and following. They have a grasp of colors, photography, infography, and a global lens in design. If you need the best creativity and world class execution, get in the queue, now.

  • After working with Creative Nights we improved our customer communication and learned how to explain and present complex concepts more simply and succinctly.

  • Unlike other studios we worked with in the past — when we received the final deliverable — I really liked that we also learned the reasoning behind each decision, as they took the time to explain it. It’s not about just getting a good product, it’s also about having a better understanding of the design and being able to improve the product on your own in the future. Creative Nights didn’t just improve our product, they improved our whole team.
